Comelec officers led by COMELEC Zambales Provincial Election Supervisor Atty. Cristina Guiao-Garcia (left) raised the hand of gobernatorial re-electionist Hermogenes Ebdane after winning for the third term as governor of Zambales. Assisting the proclamation was Zambales School Div. Supt. Dr. William Roderick Fallorin. Ebdane garnered 306,367 votes, to secure his post in the Capitol Building from sole rival Chito Balintay who received only 30,857 votes. Meanwhile, Zambales’ Nanay Bing Stays, Zambales 2nd District Congresswoman Doris Bing Maniquiz, was officially proclaimed by Provincial Election Supervisor Atty. Cristina T. Guiao-Garcia (extreme left) her second term at 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, after securing a landslide victory over his sole opponent. Maniquiz received 173,704 votes, while his challenger Atty. Gov. Hamor, muling nagwagi sa Sorsogon

Opisyal nang pinroklama ng Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Provincial Board of Canvassers sina re-elected Sorsogon Governor Edwin “Boboy” B. Hamor, at Vice Governor Krunimar Antonio “Junjun” Escudero II, kasama sina Sorsogon First at Second District Representatives Congresswoman Dette Escudero at Congressman Wowo Fortes gayundin ang mga Bokal sa unang distrito na sina BM Nini Ravanilla, Ed Atutubo, Junjun Mella, Luis Leosala, Dave Duran at sa pangalawang distrito na sina Ramil Robles, Boytee Doma, Roland Añonuevo, Jun Ong, at Christian Lim. Isinagawa ang proklamasyon ngayong araw ng Martes, Mayo 13, 2025, sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall. Dumalo sa proklamasyon ang buong pamilya ni Governor Boboy gayundin ang mga pamilya ng mga nahalal na opisyal. Samantala, nagpaabot naman ng kanilang pasasalamat ang mga nanalong kandidato sa tiwala’t suportang ipinakita ng mga Sorsoganon sa team Una An Sorsoganon.  

Governor Ramon Guico III, panalo sa ikalawang termino

Opisyal nang ipinahayag ng Provincial Board of Canvassers ang pagkapanalo ni Pangasinan Governor Ramon V. Guico III sa 2025 elections. Ito na ang kanyang pangalawang termino. Si Guico ay nakakuha ng botong 875,030, kumpara sa katunggali nito si Amado Espino III, na 778,477 votes. Landslide victory naman ang tinamo ni Vice Governor Mark Lambino, na may botong 1,014,887, kumpara kay Noel Nacar sa botong 382,067. “Ang aking muling pagkahalal ay dahil sa inyong tiwala at walang sawang suporta. Ipagpapatuloy natin ang ating mga proyekto para sa tuluy-tuloy na pag-unlad ng ating lalawigan,” pahayag ni Governor Guico.

Yap, Diclas, Kepes win again in Benguet

  LA TRINIDAD, Benguet — Landslide victory was achieved by the relectionist candidates of Benguet province. In the initial results of the polls, Congressman Eric Yap, with 144,093 votes, is miles ahead of his opponent Tagel Felipe, with 62,371 votes. Yap’s groups that follow him are the re-election of Governor Melchor Diclas, with 116,212 votes, while in the Vice Governorship, No.1 Board Member Marie Rose Fongwan-Kepes won, with 116,169 votes. In District 1 of Benguet, Sander Fianza, Johannes Amuasen, Chairmaine Molintas, Thomas Wales, Myrna Nazarro, Jani Galutan, Jhonar Rebutazo and Lison Latawan, Jr. are leading. In District 2 are Ruben Tinda-an, Romeo Salda, Manny Fermin, Armando Lauro, Neptali Camsol, Frenzel Ayong, Jim Botiwey and Joel Tingbaoen. Winners of 13 Municipality In the capital town of La Trinidad, Roderick Awingan won Mayor, Vice Mayor Guiller Galwan, while in Sangguniang Bayan members were Nestor Fongwan, Jr.; Ted Walang, Belmer Elis, Jayson Dangwa, Bartolome Baldas, Jr., Horacio Ramos, Jr., Boyet Tereng and Tyrone Diaz. In Sablan, the Mayor was Alfredo Dacumos, Jr., Vce Mayor Arthur Balo, while the Councilors were Leo Lawana, Andoy Ome, Romeo Amboy, Cornelio Almagen, Johnny Cutay, Ireneo Baldo, Harold Busoy and Arthur de Leon. In Mankayan, retired General Cesar Pasiwen won as Mayor; Vice Mayor Aldrin Camiling, while the Councilors are Jeston Balong-angey, Ambino Padawi, Dick Tip-ac, Alexander Dapiawen, Reynal Manuit, Camilo Munoz, Pacito Donato and Lloyd Luspian. In Buguias, Mayor Julius Amos, Vice Mayor Ronald Kimakim and Councilors Manuel Yans, Melchor Guesey, Jerahmee Lasegan, Jose Bayas, Jr., Glenn Bigo, Federico Aquino, Vicente Kitongan and Wilnard Tolida won. Mayor Clarita Sal-ongan retained her seat in the town of Tuba, while Vice Mayor Maria Carantes. Councilors are Eugene Gabino, Gary Behis, William Abance, Reachelle Takinan, Nestor Baban, Rebecca Apil, Jerome Palaoag and Arnulfo Milo. In Itogon, Mayor Bernard Waclin, Vice Mayor Dax Godio, while the Councilors are Cesar Artiga, Norberto Pacio, Clint Galutan, Albert Carantes, Lucky Busacau, Albino Diego, Alejando Palangdan and Noel Bilibli. Kabayan winners, Mayor Rex Alwin Aquisan, Vice Mayor Sario Minas and Councilors Mircoles Lamses, Rudy Alos, Pelino Bugnay, Sandy Wa-is, Eugene Daoal, Marlon Nginsayan, Malou Cosalan and Ghislyn Lucio. In Bokod, Mayor Erik Donn Ignacio, Vice Mayor Doroteo Beray and Luis Acong, Marian Calawen, Miguel Jr. won. Cosalan, Pedro Anton, Gerardo Beray, Sonny Olas, Edward Albin and Alex Piok. Larry Tello won the Mayorship of Kibungan, while Vice Mayor Laurence Toking and Sangguniang Bayan members Roger Tugade, Labio Nabe, Brenson Siadto, Paulin Gumpic, Marcial Lingaling, Narciso Cayad-an, Ronico Agayo and Jovel Bentres. In Kapangan, Mayor Harris Dizon, Vice Mayor Santos Bastian, Sangguniang Bayan Members Bruno Canuto, Rechel Marcelo, Maribelle Diclas, Grant Balagsa, Johnson Andiso, Anthony Andong, Hector Mariano and Danny Eke. In Tublay, Mayor Juan Esnara, Vice Mayor Cruso Daguioa, Jr., Councilors Marvin Mayos, Lailyn Polig, Daniel Kaimpa-oy, Tikboy, Mendoza, Dinglee Berto, Nemescio Benito, Shane Awacan and Shangtaw Pangayan. Mayor Franklin Smith remained in Atok, while Vice Mayor Edward Beliano and Councilors Marilou Alos-Zarate, Raymundo Sarac, Edward Haight, Sammy Fianza, Charlie Lingbanan, Kelly Tomas, Simon Backian and Paul Mayos. And in Bakun, the winners are Mayor Bill Y. Raymundo, Vice Mayor Fausto T. Labinio and SB Members Jesus D. Lozano, June Raymundo C. Suni-en, Florencia L. Balakiao, Marciano P. Kigisan Jr., Mark C. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has officially proclaimed the winners of the 2025 local elections in Tacloban City, Leyte. Returning for another term, Mayor Alfred Romualdez secured a decisive victory as Mayor, with Raymund Romualdez elected as the new Vice Mayor. Speaker of the House and incumbent Congressman Hon. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez was also reelected as Representative of Leyte’s 1st District. BAGUIO CITY – Opisyal na iprinoklama ng Board of Canvassers ng Commission on Election dakong ala 1:00 ng madaling araw ng Mayo 13 ang mga nanalong kandidato ng Baguio City, sa pangunguna nina re-elected Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Congressman Mauricio Domogan at re-elected Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, na ginanap sa Baguio Convention and Cultural Center. “Ang tagumpay na ito ay hindi sa akin lamang; ito ay isang tagumpay para sa bawat residente ng Baguio na naniniwala sa matapat na pamamahala, inklusibong pamumuno, at isang pananaw para sa isang mas mahusay, mas progresibong lungsod. Maraming salamat sa inyong tiwala, katapangan, at pagmamahal sa ating lungsod. Ngayong humupa na ang ingay ng halalan, panahon na para ibaling natin ang ating lakas tungo sa pagkakasundo, pagkakaisa, at pinagsasaluhang layunin. Isang-tabi na ang bangayan. Bumangon tayo sa pagkakahati-hati at sa halip ay tumuon sa pagtutulungan, pagsuporta sa mga pinunong pinili ng mga tao, at pagpapatuloy sa paglalakbay ng napapanatiling pag-unlad para sa ating minamahal na Baguio,” ito ang naging pahayag ni Magalong. Nanawagan naman si Congressman elect Atty. Mauricio Domogan, na nakakuha din ng mataas na botong 45,767, sa mga mamamayan at sa kapuwa niya kandidato na magkaisa ngayong tapos na ang eleksyon. “ Let’s forgive and forget sa mga nasaktan dahil sa bangayan sa panahon ng kampanya. Panahon ngayon para paglingkuran ng mahusay ang siyudad ng Baguio.” Ang mga nanalong city councilor ay sina No.1 Edison Bilog (58,218), No.2.
