Mountain Province– Accompanied by family, friends, supporters, and leaders from the various municipalities of Mountain Province, current Representative Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr. has officially filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC), for re-election today, October 8, 2024 at the Provincial COMELEC Office.
Before proceeding and walking towards the COMELEC Office, the lawmaker joined his family, friends and supporters in a solemn prayer led by Roman Catholic priest, Fr. Michael Toyoken held at his residence at Caluttit, Bontoc, Mountain Province.
He is running under the Nacionalista Party (NP). On the same day, he was also escorted by fellow NP candidates for Sangguniang Panlalawigan members Roy Gamonnac, John Pelew, Bartolome Badecao and re-electionist Board Member Ezra Gomez. Former Mayor Abraham Akilit of Bauko and Executive Assistant Winston Calde were also in attendance.
Various municipalities were represented accordingly starting from the Eastern towns of Barlig, Natonin, and Paracelis and the central towns of Bontoc and Sadanga, including the Western municipalities of Besao, Sagada, Sabangan, Tadian and Bauko.
After his filing, the congressman invited the people for lunch and short program at the family residence.
