BAMBANG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines — In celebration of February as the love month and in a strong show of support for the LGBTQ+ community, Bambang Mayor Benjamin Jamie Cuaresma officiated a commitment ceremony for eight LGBTQ+ couples who have long shared their lives as partners.
