Mayor Benjie Magalong was present at the “LGU in Action: Local Innovations for Sustainable Communities” forum at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center, Quezon City.

Mayor Magalong presented about the Health Open Spaces, wherein Baguio City promoted creating, using, and maintaining healthy open spaces in communities and other health environment initiatives.

This event is in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), UP Resilience Institute, Greenpeace Philippines, Galing Pook Foundation, and Ateneo Institute of Sustainability – AIS.

The Mayoral forum brought together CEOs, council members from the country, representatives from national government agencies, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, academia, and the private sector.
