BANGUED, Abra, Philippines – The Department of Tourism–CAR (DOT-CAR), in partnership with the Provincial Tourism Office of Abra, successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training for 238 participants—including Municipal Employees and Barangay Officials of Lagayan, Hospitality and Tourism students, Business Administration students of Abra Valley College and Divine Word College of Bangued, as well as Tourism Stakeholders from the accommodation and restaurant sectors,on November 20–22, 2025.

From local government units to academic institutions and tourism frontliners, this diverse group is now equipped to deliver service that is mas maagap, mas magaan, at mas may puso—a true embodiment of the warmth and hospitality that define the Filipino spirit.
