NEW CLARK CITY, Philippines — The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and Pag-IBIG Fund have signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to work together on housing and other development projects in BCDA properties.

The agreement initially covers approximately 14 hectares in New Clark City, with Camp John Hay, Morong Discovery Park, and the Poro Point Freeport Zone identified as possible sites for future projects.

The collaboration supports the Marcos administration’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program by helping expand access to quality and affordable housing for Filipino families.

Also present were Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy CEO Alexander Hilario G. Aguilar and BCDA Executive Vice President and COO Gisela Z. Kalalo, who also signed as witnesses.
