KABAYAN,Benguet — The Police Regional Office-Cordillera Administrative Region Hheaded by Brig.Gen.David Peredo,Jr., joins the municipality of Kabayan in the commemoration of the 124th Anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) in a simple program coinciding with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held in Barangay Poblacion, Kabayan, Benguet on September 2.
The event began with the flag raising ceremony, where Peredo alongside the Retired OCD-CAR Director, Andrew Alex H. Uy; the municipal officials and employees of Kabayan led by the Municipal Mayor Florante B. Bantales, Jr; and the personnel of Kabayan Municipal Police Station; proudly raised the Philippine flag, symbolizing unity and dedication to the nation.
Following this, Peredo delivered his own inspirational message, echoing the significance of the civil servants’ role in the country’s development.
He expressed his deep appreciation for their relentless efforts and sacrifices, especially during challenging times, and urged everyone to continue upholding the values that the Civil Service Commission stands for.
The Regional Director also highlighted the importance of the strong partnership between the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the local government unit of Kabayan in maintaining peace, order, and public safety.
