CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – A total of P63,612,372.00 worth of shabu, marijuana was confiscated, while 32 drug pushers were arrested from the intensified campaign against illegal drugs within a month in the region from August 1-31
According to the report of the Regional Operations Division, of the 83 operations launched, 60 were marijuana eradication operations, 12 were buy-bust operations, five were police response, four were the execution of search warrants, and two were the service of warrants of arrest.
All this resulted in the arrest of 32 drug personalities, of which 17 were listed as Street Level Individuals and 15 were listed as High Value Individuals.
In addition, the operation also resulted in the confiscation of 166.79 grams of shabu, 281,165 pieces of fully grown marijuana plants, 2,850 pieces of marijuana seedlings, 40,110.00 grams of dry marijuana leaves and fruiting tops, and 6,400.00 grams of dried marijuana with a total value of the Dangerous Drug Board of P63,612,372.00.
