The National Capital Region is the overall winner of the 2024 Palarong Pambansa after garnering a total of 237 medals with 98 gold, 66 silver, and 74 bronze medals.

CALABARZON followed next at second place with 161 medals, including 57 golds, while Western Visayas came close at third place with 137 medals, including 56 golds. At fourth place is Davao region with 92 medals including 32 golds.

Meanwhile, the host delegation Central Visayas claimed a total of 110 medals with 29 gold, 42, silver, and 39 bronze medals, capping the annual event at fifth place.
