UnionBank Empowers Travel Sale Fair Entrepreneurs with Banking Solutions

Partnership brings accessible banking, payment, and financing solutions closer to entrepreneurs in the travel ecosystem

UnionBank is strengthening its support for Filipino entrepreneurs through a partnership with Travel Sale Fair (TSF) 2026, one of the country’s premier consumer travel exhibitions, bringing essential banking, payment, and financing solutions closer to businesses across the travel and tourism ecosystem.

The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of agreement signing between UnionBank and Adele Fado Trading Corp., organizer of Travel Sale Fair, ahead of the event on October 23 to 25, 2026, at SMX Manila. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Travel Sale Fair is expected to welcome more than 3,000 attendees and over 200 exhibitors from the travel, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, transportation, and tourism sectors.

Participating businesses will gain access to UB Negosyante, UnionBank’s SME program offering a suite of financial solutions designed to help Filipino entrepreneurs manage their day-to-day financial needs and pursue opportunities for growth.

Among the available solutions are the UnionBank BizStarter Account, an entry-level checking account with a minimum initial deposit of P5,000; the UB Negosyante app, an all-in-one platform that enables SMEs to manage, send, and collect payments for their businesses; and Business Line, a revolving credit line that allows qualified SMEs to borrow up to P10 million for various business needs.

By bringing these solutions closer to the Travel Sale Fair community, UnionBank aims to help SMEs address their financing, payment, and cash management needs so they can scale their operations and serve more customers.

Travel Sale Fair brings together hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, travel agencies, and tourism brands to offer travel deals, destination showcases, and expert travel insights. As part of the event, complimentary admission will also be extended to 100 UnionBank debit or credit cardholders and UnionBank Online users.

This collaboration enables UnionBank to bring relevant banking solutions closer to entrepreneurs across the travel ecosystem, helping them manage their businesses and pursue sustainable growth.
