BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Camp John Hay continues to attract new investments as Sizzling Plate Steakhouse and Zoo and Theme Park Services, Inc. (ZTPSI) formally seal agreements that will expand the estate’s dining, tourism, recreation, and educational offerings within the John Hay Special Economic Zone.

One of the newest additions to Camp John Hay is Sizzling Plate Steakhouse, a popular restaurant brand under Anrey, Inc. Through a newly signed agreement, the company will establish a restaurant branch in the Scout Hill area of Camp John Hay. The restaurant will occupy a 500-square-meter space and is expected to provide visitors with an additional dining destination while further strengthening Camp John Hay’s appeal as a premier leisure and tourism hub.

Meanwhile, Zoo and Theme Park Services, Inc. (ZTPSI) has formalized its commitment to redevelop the former Tree Top Adventure site within Camp John Hay’s Historical Core. Spanning approximately 5.8 hectares, the project envisions the transformation of the property into an integrated educational and family adventure park featuring a botanical garden, cultural heritage attractions, adventure facilities, and other recreational amenities.
